Community of Learning, Practice & Innovation in Organisational Constellations (CoLPI) 2010
With Judith Hemming & Terry Ingham
This 9 month programme, starting in April, is open to organisational consultants, coaches, managers, academics and teachers who wish to explore this radical approach to restoring health and releasing creativity in professional and organisational systems. There will be 18.5 meeting days of teaching and guided support including Learning Forums, Systemic Coaching Sessions, Community Days and access to Organisational and Personal Issues Workshops. The course runs from March to November 2010.

Bespoke training days on Systemic Organisational Constellations
We offer a bespoke introductory day to consultancies working in the field of organisational development and transformation. This training will familiarise you with the systemic approach to working with organisational change.
The focus of the workshop is on constellation methodology as well as some of the more general principles that underpin systemic and phenomenological processes.
