Open Workshops

We offer open-access workshops as shown in the Event Calendar (coloured brown). These are for people who wish to experince the proces or wish to explore an issue away from their own organisation. These workshops are ideal for people who wish to explore leadership, team strategy, community impact, and general organisational issues.

The workshops are attended by leaders, managers, consultants, community workers, educationalists, project workers and others from both public and private sectors.

Bespoke Workshops

We also offer a bespoke service to leaders and organisations who wish to diagnose and resolve difficult and complex issues.

We work directly with organisational leaders as well as consultants who are often working on change programmes and coaches who are supporting leaders. After initial contact with the key people involved, a workshop is set up where invited representatives attend to support the process in a way that protects confidentiality. When working directly with leaders there is an opportunity to follow up this workshop with coaching sessions in order to fully utilize the learning. This service is tailored and delivered to meet yours and the organisation's specific needs.
