Working through a dynamic community of psychotherapists, organisational consultants and educationists we are pioneering the development of this work in the UK and are committed to applying systemic approaches to personal development, organisational change and positive social transformation.

Judith Hemming (Founder-Director)
Building upon extensive experience as a Gestalt therapist and trainer (UKCP-registered), and as a teacher in broader education, Judith trained in 1991 in constellations work with its founder, Bert Hellinger and others. She has since become a leading expert in systemic approaches, recognised internationally for her pioneering work with organisations, communities and governments, as well as individual therapy. Judith is co-founder and trainer of research and training organisation CSISS (formerly Hellinger Institute of Britain) and a member of the Advisory Board of The Knowing Field.

Chris Williams has been working in the therapeutic field since 1990. Building upon work overseas in developing countries and with socially excluded people, his therapy work has taken him into a wide-range of settings, including primary practice, drug and alcohol agencies, government, EAPs and in the HIV field. He is a UKCP registered gestalt psychotherapist and a senior accredited BACP counsellor, and has previously taught counselling and psychotherapy at the Whittington Hospital, the Centre for Personal and Professional Development and at Bromley College. Chris currently works as a Constellation Practitioner, Psychotherapist, Supervisor, Coach and Trainer. His particular interest is in working with people with substance misuse problems and he is currently leading a research project exploring the impact of systemic interventions on drug and alcohol treatment.

Clare Crombie has been actively involved with Family Constellations work for over 10 years, as well as having specialist expertise in Gestalt practice and supervision. She is further trained in massage, bodywork and movement, and has an active involvement in projects in the field of cancer and primary school care. She is based in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Edward Rowland is a systemic consultant, constellations practitioner and leadership coach, with over 11 years experience of helping people and organisations to unfold their potential and creativity. His route to systemic work included prior trainings and experience as a barrister, theatre actor/director and therapist working both in private practice and various clinical settings.

Gaye Donaldson is a constellations practitioner and registered BACP counsellor, working in the community and the private sector. She has been a devoted follower of systemic constellations for more than 10 years. She has trained extensively in both family and organisational constellations and now concentrates most of her systemic practice in the South West of England. Gaye is the Learning Coordinator for The Centre for the Study of Intimate and Social Systems (CSISS) and is one of the teachers on the foundation course for family constellations. She also runs an award-winning organic farm and business.

Nicola Dunn is a Constellator and an experienced Systemic Psychotherapist. As a UKCP registered practitioner she has many years experience working with individuals, families and groups in the private sector and in the NHS. She is trained in Integrative Individual Psychotherapy, Systemic Family Therapy, and Family & Organisational Constellations, and has worked directly with Bert Hellinger. Before finding the gateway to psychotherapy, she worked in Finance. She believes that her resourceful New Zealand up-bringing gives her a practical touch.

Sandy Campbell is an Organisational Constellations consultant with a broad range of experience, skills and trainings. He has expertise in change management, project initiation and conflict resolution, and is pioneering an effective new method to aid teenage boys into work and manhood. He is based in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Sue Abbotson is an experienced organisational consultant, systemic coach and organisational constellator. Working with senior leaders in the public and private sectors, Sue has enabled clients to develop greater awareness of and sensitivity to the cultural patterns of behaviour and systemic pressures that constrain an organisation’s development. As a Research Fellow in Strategic Change for the University of Bath School of Management, she also works with exploring the systemic ordering principles that support change in merger and acquisitions, organisational re-structuring and innovation.

Julie Toms-Arbel BA (Hons), Dip Coun, MBACP, is a constellator working in Hertfordshire and has been running Pathways Counselling Service since 1995. She has a wide range of experience that includes running parenting workshops and working with Individuals, couples, adolescents and families. She is married and has four children.
