Sue Abbotson Sue brings over twenty years experience of working in organisations as a manager, an organisational consultant and more recently as an organisational constellator. She has a PhD in the Management of the Creative Process and is a Visiting Research Fellow for the Change Management Consortium at the University of Bath. Sue was formerly a Director and Organisational Development Consultant for Bath Consultancy Group, an internal Learning and Development Consultant at Wiltshire County Council and Chair of a medium sized addiction service for over 5 years.
Sue has developed using constellations as part of organisational reviews connecting visible and invisible data as part of a co-creative innovation process. She has played a key part in the development of systemic coaching for senior leaders and using constellations in organisational communities of practice. Working with wider social and environmental issues Sue has developed constellations in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility and Economic Regeneration. Sue has pioneered the use of constellations with other whole system interventions to provide a new edge to engagement processes. She presented this work at a SOL conference in Stockholm and has a chapter on ‘Organisational Constellations meets Appreciative Inquiry’ in Positive Approaches to Change, which is part of the Solutions Focus at Work Series. Sue was initially trained by Judith Hemming in Organisational constellations and has since attended the Hellinger International Intensive Training in family constellations and been trained in Structural Systemic Constellations trainings by Matthias Varga Von Kibed. Sue has previously trained in Gestalt in Organisations and is currently training at the Karuna Institute in the psycho-spiritual practice of Core Process Psychotherapy. She also works as a volunteer Mental Health Advocate and has worked in the field of domestic violence and homelessness. |
