Sandy Campbell is a consultant living in Edinburgh. He has 15 years experience of working on organisational change, community regeneration, project initiation and conflict resolution.
Sandy previously worked for Sheffield City Council where he managed an arms length consultancy unit delivering organisational development and qualitative research. He also worked direct to the Chief Executive and Leader of the Council in Sheffield on ‘culture change’.
In his voluntary capacity, Sandy has been the chair of a growing arts festival in Edinburgh, the Leith Festival, from 2003-06. He is also the founder of a fast growing new model for providing school leavers with work experience and mentoring called ‘Working Rite’. The method focuses on teenage boys and matches them up with local tradesmen who then induct them into the world of work - and manhood.
He has undergone various trainings in Organisational Constellations, Group Dynamics, Conflict Resolution, Organisational Development, NLP, Counselling, Psycho-drama, Industrial Relations, Qualitative Research and Communication Systems. |
