Many children, despite their best efforts, find it difficult to engage with learning. This can affect their behaviour or their desire to go to school and will increasingly affect their attainment. The impact on both schools and parents, is often considerable. 'Dissolving barriers to learning' is a new resource for schools and parents who need to create coping strategies for children experiencing difficulties at school. These one-day workshops bring a systemic approach which builds a clear and concise map of the child's situation in its wider contex.rn
