Who is it for?
The programme is designed for 12 people who have had experience of Constellations in either a family or organisational setting, and who are keen to explore the potential of this radical approach to restoring balance to and releasing creative potential of organisational and social systems.
It is open to organisation consultants, coaches, managers, social entrepreneurs and academics who have attended either a constellation workshop, a short course in Systemic Organisational Constellations or a training in family systems therapy.
Structure There are five key components to the Community amounting to 18.5 days of teaching and guided support.
Learning Forums – the key learning takes place in 2 x two day and 2 x three day modules, all of which are residential.
Community Days – 3 one-day events for the whole group to focus on sharing and developing their new ideas and innovations grounded in personal practice.
Systemic Coaching Sessions – 3 x three hour meetings in groups of three exploring in more detail aspects of your personal and professional practice.
Organisational Constellation Workshops – 2 x one-day scheduled workshops where you may act as a resource to another’s constellations or accompany one of your clients as an issue-holder. The client would attend at a discounted rate of 30
Personal Issues Workshops – 2 x one-day scheduled workshops. In one workshop you can bring a personal issue of your own without extra charge whilst in the other workshop you can act as a resource to others.
Price
Price per person £3,150 + VAT per person
To confirm your place please pay an initial deposit of £400 + VAT go to the bottom of the page.
A second payment of £650 + VAT will be due in March 2010.
There will be ten further instalments of £210 + VAT per month starting at the beginning of April 2010.
The CoLPI programme enables you to develop creative ways to integrate systemic and somatic approaches into your consultancy, coaching or management practices.
The Community
First and foremost, the community provides a platform for your learning, developing practical skills and understanding in both cognitive and embodied ways. There is also an emphasis on innovation which encourages you to explore and develop applications at the edges of your current practice. Recent and current members are developing new approaches to leadership, change management tools and processes, coaching models or inquiry methods.
