Gaye Donaldson is a constellations practitioner and registered BACP counsellor, working in both the community and the private sector. She has been a devoted follower of systemic constellations for more than 10 years. During this time she worked personally with Bert Hellinger and Hunter Beaumont amongst others. She has trained extensively in both family and organisational constellations with The Hellinger Institute of Britain and the nowherefoundation and now concentrates most of her systemic practice in the South West of England.

Gaye is the Learning Coordinator and Business Manager for The Centre for the Study of Intimate and Social Systems (CSISS) and is one of the teachers on the foundation and Year 2 training courses for family constellations.

Gaye’s early career was spent in the organic food and farming sector. She was Director of Public Affairs for the Soil Association for many years, leaving the organisation in 1993 to set up and run a successful and award winning organic herb trading business in Somerset. In 2003, Gaye was awarded the prestigious Heart in Business Award in recognition of her long standing contribution to organic sector development and her personal success in establishing the first international standards for organic health and bodycare products.

Gaye lives on a farm in Somerset with her husband, five children, a herd of Red Devon cows, five horses and a fluctuating number of Indian Runner ducks. Constellation workshops are run on the farm in a beautifully renovated Victorian stone barn.
