Edward Rowland

Edward is a systemic consultant, constellations practitioner and leadership coach. He is currently co-leading the nowherefoundation’s Consulting Services and also co-facilitates constellations workshops on both intimate and organisational systems.

His most recent focus has been integrating systemic working into a range of senior leadership programmes for commercial, central government and public sector organisations, and related systemic facilitation with boards and intact teams.

His work draws from his trainings as a barrister, theatre actor/director, and family systems/ creative arts therapist (HPC & State-registered).He has Masters degrees in History and Law; his trainings in consultancy and coaching have included psychoanalytic approaches (Tavistock Consultancy Service), psychodramatic approaches (British Psychodrama Association) and systemic constellations (Hellinger Institute of Britain and Gunthard Weber). He has also studied - and enjoys practising - various forms of bodywork (including qi gong, bionergetics Thai massage and improvisational dance), voicework and meditation; and is a student member of the Ridhwan School.

His early career included work as a theatre actor/director, researcher in a think-tank on international environmental law and product director of a multinational publishing and software company. He has eleven years of organisational consulting experience, initially working as a strategy consultant specialising in sustainability and corporate social responsibility, before dedicating himself to whole systems change, transformational leadership development and executive coaching. He has practiced as a therapist both privately and in various clinical settings.
