Terry Ingham is a director of nowheregroup and the managing director of the nowherefoundation. His primary focus is on the dynamic between knowledge, intuition and creativity, and using those insights to develop phenomenological and systemic ways of working. He supports research projects and training in the use of constellations working alongside a range of leaders, professionals and change agents in and across the Business, Health, Government and Education sectors.

He was previously Head of Corporate Development with Wiltshire County Council playing a prominent role in the creation of Local Strategic Partnerships, the Wiltshire Research Centre and a full range of management development programmes.
