Peter McCowen is the Business Manager for movingconstellations and co-ordinator of the workshops and trainings. He is also a systemic coach with wide international experience having set up and run two training organisations, one in France and one in the UK.

He has had a career as a business psychologist, has trained and practiced Gestalt psychotherapy, and also trained with Judith Hemming in systemic approaches to organisational and family issues. He was former project manager at the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations. He is currently a Director and Trustee of Off The Record, a charity that supports the development of young people: vice chair of a local community co-operative: and a business advisor to a secondary school.

His interests include building a community of practice to develop systemic approaches in education, local and national government, and in commerce.

He lives near Bath with his wife and two younger children. He enjoys walking, French language and culture, gardening, house building, and watercolour painting.
